3. Third-Party Cookies
Two third-party services can set storage on this Website:
- Cloudflare Turnstile - the spam check on our contact page. It loads from challenges.cloudflare.com on the contact page only. It is essential spam protection for the enquiry form, so it runs whatever cookie choice you have made. Cloudflare's Turnstile documentation says it relies on cookies and local storage in your browser to maintain state and track visitor behaviour, and does not list the individual items it stores, so we cannot list them here. Its Privacy Addendum says the signals it collects are your IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent header and the site key and origin of the page, and that they are strictly necessary to detect and block bots. - YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) - the project video in one of our blog posts is embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and nothing loads from YouTube until you click play. If you never play the video, YouTube sets nothing.
We do not embed Google Analytics, Google Maps or social media widgets. The TikTok section serves its video covers from our own origin and links out to the original posts, and links to our social media profiles are ordinary links: they set nothing until you follow them.
Where a third party is involved, its use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Contact Forms
When you send the enquiry form on our contact page, it is posted to our own server after a Cloudflare Turnstile check, and Resend delivers it to us as an e-mail. The form sets no cookie and no local storage of its own. On that page your browser talks to our server and to Cloudflare for the Turnstile check described in section 3; it does not contact Resend. The enquiry e-mail contains the details you entered, the time you sent it and your IP address.
5. Managing Cookies
The quickest way is the Cookie preferences button in the bottom corner of every page. It opens the same panel as the banner, shows what each category covers, and lets you change or withdraw your choice at any time. Your choice takes effect immediately.
